Dottie has been a valued member of the Linnemann family for over 16 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate heart to everything she does. Born and raised in Northern Kentucky, she graduated from Conner High School and attended Northern Kentucky University. Her deep roots in the community are matched by her dedication to serving others with kindness and grace. She carries this same devotion into her personal life, honoring the memory of her beloved husband, Tommy, who passed in June of 2023. Their daughters, Alicia and Alexis, continue to make her proud—Alicia is growing her family in Northern Kentucky, while Alexis has made a home in New Jersey.  Through every role she’s held, both at Linnemann and beyond, Dottie’s warmth and unwavering support have touched countless lives. She remains a pillar of strength, embodying the values of family, service, and love.
