A.J. Schier is a 1997 graduate of Paulding High School (Paulding, OH) and a 2001 graduate of CCMS, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mortuary Science. He has been a valued member of the Linnemann Funeral Homes team since 1999, serving families with compassion and dedication for over 26 years.

As our Director of Funeral Service Operations, Mr. Schier oversees every aspect of funeral operations, ensuring that each service is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. He takes great pride in keeping our facilities maintained and pristine, creating a warm and welcoming space for the families we serve during life’s most difficult moments.

A proud resident of Hebron, KY, he shares life with his wife, Allison, and their two daughters, Ava Maxine and Sydney Kasper. Mr. Schier is a member of both the Kentucky Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association, and is an active candidate for the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice (A.P.F.S.P.).

For him, serving families is more than a profession, it’s a calling, and he considers it an honor to help guide them through their journey of grief with compassion and respect.
