William Wendling

William C. Wendling, Jr., 74, of Hebron, KY, passed away Sunday October 21, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. Mr. Wendling was a retired Quality Inspector with Belcor and served his country in the Air Force. He was a graduate of Holy Cross High School and Thomas More College. He served two terms on the Villa Hills City Council, was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed hunting and fishing, and an all around handyman. Mr. Wendling was preceded in death by a daughter, Paige Wendling and brother, Robert Hill. He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra (Glaser) Wendling of Hebron, KY, son, Mark T. (Mindy Ruschell) of Fairfield, OH, sister, Marilyn Berning of Villages, Fl, grandchildren, Kyle and Zach Wendling of Fairfield, OH, and mother-in-law, Frieda Glaser of Villa Hills, KY. Visitation will be on Wednesday Oct. 24, 2012 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at Lakeside Presbyterian Church, Lakeside Park, KY with memorial services to follow at 6:00pm. Memorial contributions are suggested to, the Salvation Army, Holt International Children’s Services, or Children’s Heart Association.
