William Schaffer
William J. Schaffer “ Bill”passed away suddenly on June 12. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle & friend. A 1978 graduate of Covington Catholic HS, he was an active member of AA for the last 10 years. He was a kind soul who was always helping others.
He was preceded in death by his father, William E. Schaffer. Left to cherish his memory: Patricia Shelton(mother), Susan Schoenbaechler(Greg) & Teresa Brann(sisters), John & Mike Schaffer(brothers), friend Terry Still & several nieces & one nephew.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024 from 10:30am to 12:00pm at St. Henry Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 12:00pm. William will be laid to rest at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell. Online condolences can be left at www.LinnemannFuneralHomes.com.

Memory of Billy
So sorry about Billy we just found out. He was a great person and will be truly missed!! I know Johnny will miss him tremendously. You all in our prayers.

Saddens Me
I liked Bill so much. I didn’t know him well but what I knew of him was that he was always friendly to me and he was nice to my brother who had troubles. Bill seemed so intelligent also. I am very saddened by this and I am sorry for his pretty Mom!
