William “Bill” Parker Sidebottom, passed away on October 24, 2024. He was a proud graduate of Dixie Heights High School. He loved working at Loreal of USA. Bill was a true jack of all trades, known for his ability to fix just about anything. Whether it was a broke down car or a leaky faucet, he was always there to lend a helping hand. His love for animals was evident in the countless creatures he raised, from lizards to opossums, showcasing his gentle nature and passion for all living animals.

He also was a lover of the outdoors, Bill found joy in camping and fishing, often sharing stories that showcased his great sense of humor. He was a beloved joke teller, always ready to bring life and laughter to any gathering.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents: William and Elizabeth “Betty” Sidebottom and siblings: Pat Sidebottom, Sara Sidebottom, Martha Campbell, and Danny Sidebottom. He is survived by his wife of 52 years: Barbara Sidebottom, daughters: Lisa and Angie Sidebottom, brother: Mark Sidebottom, sister: Susy Grefer and numerous beloved nieces and nephews and in-laws.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 from 4pm to 7pm at Linnemann Funeral Homes, Erlanger. Services will immediately follow at 7pm. I am so very sorry for your loss, Barb. Sending prayers and sympathy to you and the family. Billy was a friend and classmate from Summit Hills and school when we were kids. What a great personality and always fun, he was. Corrine (Corky) Sullivan Dixie ’67.
