William “Bill” F. Miller
William “Bill” Miller was truly a caring husband, father, grandfather and friend to so many. He left this world on October 1, 2024, at the age of 89.
Bill was born on April 1, 1935, in Waukegan Illinois joining the US Army after high school eventually becoming a mechanic/foreman for Delta Air Lines with 35 years until retirement.
On February 12, 1966, he married Elizabeth “Beth” Davis, who passed in 2022. Bill is survived by son Steve and his wife Kimberly, daughter Jennifer, granddaughter Catherine and her husband Ryan, grandson Ryan, and granddaughter Sydney.
Bill loved to travel having visited Europe, South America, and Australia to name a few! As ever the mechanic, Bill loved to continue working with his hands from projects big and small!
To honor and remember Bill, consider a donation to the American Cancer Society as he fought two cancer battles during his long life!
A private service will be held in the future in Port Clinton, Ohio when the ashes of both Bill and Beth are laid to rest.
