William “Bryce” Staverman

Obituary
Condolences

William “Bryce” Staverman, age 27, passed away unexpectedly on November 30, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY.

Bryce was a gentle soul whose presence had a way of brightening every room. Although he could not communicate in a typical manner, he expressed himself with a remarkable warmth that needed no words. His infectious laughter, smile, and joyful spirit touched the hearts of all who knew him. Bryce had a unique gift for bringing comfort and connection to those around him, reminding others of the beauty in simple moments and the power of unconditional love. He loved trains, fast cars, rollercoasters, watching videos of anything you can imagine on YouTube, and his nightly popsicle ritual.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Agnes Staverman; maternal grandparents, Donald and Martha Payler; and uncles, Thomas and Richard Staverman.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, David and Kristi Staverman; his sisters, Kaitlin (Toby) Bernert, Jessica (Dylan) Baine, and Sr. Olivia Staverman; as well as five beloved nieces and nephews. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members who will forever hold him close in their hearts.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Henry Church, 3813 Dixie Hwy, Elsmere, KY 41018, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Private burial will take place at St. John Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, KY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Active Day of Ft. Thomas, 90 Alexandria Pike, Suites 4–7, Ft. Thomas, KY 41075; St. Henry Capital Campaign, 3813 Dixie Hwy, Elsmere, KY 41018; or Northern Kentucky Navigator Friends, 1806 Waverly Drive, Florence, KY 41042.

So sorry

Staverman family, I am saddened by the sudden loss of Bryce. He brought so much love and happiness to you, I know. Although I only got to be near him for a short time about 5 years ago, he taught me so much.

God bless you.
