Virginia Miller

FLORENCE – Virginia Alice Miller, 88, of Florence, formerly of Shreveport, La., died Saturday, May 1, at St. Elizabeth Florence.

She was a nurse’s aid for Home Healthcare in Shreveport, La. and member of Erlanger Baptist Church.

Her husband, Jim Miller and son, Jim Miller, died previously.

Survivors include her son, Tom Miller of Florence; daughter, Jamie Miller of Coushatta, La.; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, May 5, with service following at Erlanger Baptist Church. The body will be cremated. Linnemann Funeral Home & Crematory, Erlanger, is handling arrangements.
