Virginia M. Garrison, 94, died on Monday April 2, 2018 at Carmel Manor Nursing Home in Ft. Thomas, KY. She was a past member of Kenwood Country Club and long term member of St. Gertrude Church in Maderia, OH. She was preceded in death by her daughter Mary Beth Hoffman and husbands Richard Tapke M.D. and Vernon Garrison. She is survived by daughter Nancy Wessel (Nick) of McLean, VA; sons Dick Tapke (Jeanne-Marie) of Ft. Mitchell, KY and Tom Tapke (Mary) of Cincinnati, OH; five grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday April 6, 2018 from 10:45-11:45a.m. with a funeral mass to follow at 12:05p.m. Mother of God Church, 119 West 6th Covington, KY.
