Tristan Jimenez

Tristan C. Jimenez, 75, of Erlanger, KY passed away on Friday June 12, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Edgewood. As a family counselor and social worker for Catholic Charities and later at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Tristan dedicated his career to supporting and nurturing strong families and communities through good communication and compassion. He modeled these beautiful values in the way he treated family, friends and others. Tristan devoted his career to strengthening families after teaching high school boys in New Orleans. He believed he could make a lasting difference by helping parents and families gain the skills needed to thrive.Tristan is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Gayle Jimenez of Erlanger; his children, Bryan (Susan Parsons) Jimenez of Portland, OR, Kevin (Jenny) Jimenez of Erlanger, KY, Carla (Laura Hassell) Jimenez of Portland, OR, Reese (Krissi Jimroglou) Jimenez of Washington, D.C., and David (Lindsay Hixson) Jimenez of Washington, D.C. He also leaves behind his 6 grandchildren, Kathryn, Andrew, Daniel, Gabrielle, Talon, and Seaver. A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday June 16, 2015 from 9 – 10 am at St. Henry Catholic Church in Erlanger. Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at 10 am at the church.
