Tracy Brian Bridewell

Tracy Brian Bridewell, 58, of Burlington, KY passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, April 2, 2021. He was born May 3, 1962 in Burlington, KY. He attended and graduated from Conner High School where he played varsity football. Tracy always had a love for the family farm and the country life; he was a simple man with a big heart. He worked hard and always had a project going on. He was very proud of his work. Tracy was an independent contractor and very skilled with his hands. He was skilled at many things; from piloting barges to expert carpentry skills. He just had a hard-working mentality. He also enjoyed cooking, especially ribs. He loved ice cream, animals and watching movies, westerns were his favorite. Tracy had a big heart and loved to laugh, he will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Bridewell, his mother, Elizabeth Riddell, his stepfather, Marion Riddell, his brother, Kelly Bridewell, and his aunts and uncles: Joyce and Ted Revack and Linda and Elzie Louden. Tracy is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Bridewell (nee: Carrigan), his beloved children: Hunter Bridewell and Stacey Bridewell (James Evans), his siblings: David Riddell (Tammy) and Tina Mazuk (Mark), his stepmother, Judy Bridewell, his uncle and aunt: Ronnie and Janet Kelly, and numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A visitation will be held for Tracy on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 11am until 1pm at Linnemann Funeral Home, 1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005. A service will be held following the visitation at 1pm at the Funeral Home. Tracy will be laid to rest at Burlington Cemetery following the services.
