THOMAS J ADAMS passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at the age of 70, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Tom was born in Covington, KY and was preceded in death by his father, John Adams, as well as his infant brother, Jackie Adams. Tom is survived by his loving wife, Paula (Boehmer); his children, Emilie (Charles) Faeth, Lindsey (Bret) Koch, Julie Adams, Kelsey Adams, and Scott Adams; his mother, Betty Adams (Powers); and his siblings, Nancy Adams (Julie Sorel), Patty Kelley, Beth Cunningham, Kathy (Ron) McCreary, John (Shirley) Adams, and Chris (Tina) Adams. Tom is also survived by the light of his life, his grandchildren Ava, Gavin, Penelope, Sam, and his little beagle, Gracie. Tom worked as a Route Salesman by day for Frito-Lay for nearly thirty years.  He worked countless hours into the evenings and weekends painting, wallpapering, and working other projects to give his family every opportunity in life that he could. Tom embodied sacrifice, and he did it happily and with no complaints. Tom was also an avid fisherman and the go-to handyman extraordinaire for everyone that knew him. In his retirement, Tom spent his time enjoying life with his family and his grandchildren. They never looked to the stands during their band competitions, baseball and soccer games, or school events without seeing his smiling, supportive face and hearing his cheers. Tom was the consummate family man and an example for all.

A visitation will be held at St. Pius X church in Edgewood on Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 4:00-6:00 PM, followed by a memorial mass at 6:00 PM.
