Theodore Feldmann

Ted H. Feldmann, 89, of Erlanger, KY passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2015, at Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth in Edgewood. Ted worked at the Times Star Newspaper and also at the Enquirer. Mr. Feldmann served on board the USS Benham in the Pacific Theater of Operations during WWII, and his ship was in 7 major engagements. Following his service in the Navy he worked his way up through the ranks from a Stereotyper and plate maker to eventually becoming the Production Manager of the Cincinnati Post. After working at the Post he worked for Carl H. Lindner at American Financial Corporation to manage his real estate. He was a longtime member of VFW Post 6095, Mary Queen of Heaven Parish, Erlanger Historical Society, Mary Queen of Heaven Knights of the Roundtable, and an associate member of the Lloyd Memorial Alumni Association. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Feldmann. He is survived by his loving children: Mary Beth Feldmann of Erlanger, and Dr. Ted (Connie) Feldmann of Louisville, KY. He also leaves behind his beloved cat, Greta; the Murphy family (Tammy, Greg, Emily, and Geoffrey), the Shutters, Steines, Jerry Marshall, and the Wurzelbachers. Visitation will be on Wednesday September 23, 2015 from 4:00PM-7:00PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday September 24, 2015 at 1PM at Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Burial at Mother of God Cemetery.
