Terry L. Sanders

Terry L. Sanders, 76, of Union, KY passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Terry was a retired computer salesman and later worked for Lee Hartke Auto Body Shop. He was a member of St. Timothy Church, Honk Program (Housing Opportunities of NKY), founding member of the Ryle Road River Rats and the recipient of the prestigious Buttlewerth Open golf trophy. Terry was born to the late Leonard Sanders and Rita June Sanders (nee: Tepe). He was preceded in death by his wife Susanne J. Sanders (nee: Bilz) in 2007. Survivors include his loving children, Vince (Brenda Mathis) Sanders, Nick Sanders, Doug (Kati) Sanders and significant other Laura Gartman and her children and grandchildren. Terry also leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 10am to 12pm at St. Timothy Church, Union, KY with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12pm. Burial will be at Mother of God Cemetery, Covington, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Timothy Scholarship Fund, 10272 US 42, Union, KY 41091 or Hospice of the Bluegrass, 51 Cavalier Dr., Florence, KY 41042.
