Terry John Cupito

Terry John Cupito, 80, of Florence, KY, passed away on October 6, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY surrounded by his family. Terry graduated from Elder High School in 1961. He continued his education at Southern Ohio College with a degree in Computer Sciences.  Terry was a United States Air Force Veteran and an esteemed member of the Knights of Columbus. Additionally, he was an active parishioner of St. Henry Catholic Church and a member of St. Timothy‘s Young in Spirit Group.  

Terry was an avid sportsmen in his early days hunting & fishing with his cousin Ron.  He also enjoyed his role as a 4H Trainer teaching children about gun safety.  Terry’s favorite pastime was playing a spirited game of Euchre with family & friends while sipping an ice cold Diet Pepsi!  He will be dearly missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Geraldine Cupito.

 Terry is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Kathryn Cupito (nee Eisenmann); his children, Terren Cupito, and Barbara (Todd) Chesnut; and his sister, Carol (Glenn) Taylor.

He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Blake and Camryn Chesnut and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Terry will be on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 4:30 PM until Mass of Christian Burial at 7:00 PM at St. Henry Catholic Church, 4813 Dixie Highway,  Elsmere, KY 41018.  He will be laid to rest at St. Joseph New cemetery in Cincinnati, OH.
