Suzanne C. Wendt
Suzanne C. Wendt, 74, of Crestview Hills, KY, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Edgewood. Suzanne was born on March 27, 1948 in Covington, KY to the late Joseph and Mary (Hanekamp) Having. She was retired from the Drees Company. Suzanne was truly passionate and dedicated to her family. She took great pride in her children and grandchildren and never missed an opportunity to make sure they knew how much they were loved. In addition to her parents, Suzanne was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Wendt and brother Joseph Having. She is survived by her sons Jeffrey Wendt (Jolene) of Villa Hills, KY, Barry Wendt (Amy) of Ft. Wright, KY, and Marc Wendt (Jessica) of Lakeside Park, KY, grandchildren Trevor Wendt, Haley Wendt, Betsy Stoeckle, Abby Wendt, Maria Wendt, Henry Wendt, August Wendt, Maxwell Wendt, and Konrad Wendt. Great granddaughter Evie Stoeckle, and siblings Danny Having (Becky) of Sanders, KY, Nancy Leedy (Greg) of Union, KY, and Jodi Krumpleman (Joe) of Marietta, GA, and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 9AM to 10AM at Blessed Sacrament Church in Ft. Mitchell, KY. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow the visitation. Interment will be at Mother of God Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation 1001 E. 101st Terrace, Suite 220 Kansas City, MO 64187, St. Elizabeth Foundation 1 Medical Village Dr. Edgewood, KY 41017, or Covington Catholic High School Art Department 1600 Dixie Hwy. Suzanne was a friend with whom I lost contact. We enjoyed many good times together at work and socially. We were close back in the mid 80s when we both worked at Fifth Third. I am so sad to learn of her passing and my thoughts are with you.
fun company
I knew Suzanne for about 20 years. We had good times together with mutual friends. She was warm, friendly, and always fun to be around. I’ll always remember the barrage of email jokes and stories from her. Heaven is going to be even nicer now– Bruce Hust.

Suzanne was a wonderful co-worker and friend. She generated joy wherever she went. The world will be a duller place without her in it, and I will miss her.
