Steven Osuna

Steven Osuna, 65, of Burlington, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2025.

Steve found joy in life’s simple pleasures—fishing, relaxing on the beach, and spending treasured time with his family and friends. He was a devoted husband, a loving father to three children, and an adoring Papa to his two grandchildren. His warmth, charisma, and genuine kindness lit up every room he entered. Steve had a rare gift for making people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Steve was a proud graduate of Ohio University. He earned his degree in business management, laying the foundation for a career marked by integrity, dedication, and leadership. His remarkable work ethic and natural ability to inspire others left a lasting impression on colleagues and employees alike.

Steve was a lifelong sports enthusiast who found great joy in coaching all of his children’s teams and proudly cheering on the next generation. His smile was contagious, his stories unforgettable, and his presence a source of comfort and joy.  His legacy lives on in his children and grandchildren, who carry forward his humor, compassion, and love of life.

Steve was preceded in death by his beloved son, Matthew; his father, Ralph; and his brother, Richard.

He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Ann (DeFranco); his children, David (Becca), and Sarah (Jacob) Crockett; and his cherished grandchildren, Cameron and Caleb. He also leaves behind his mother, Connie; his sister, Diane; his brother, Kevin; and his sister-in-law, Joan DeFranco.

Steve’s light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
