Stacey Karlosky

Stacey Myerhoff Karlosky, age 37 years, passed away September 10, 2013 at University Hospital in Cincinnati after a long illness. She was a flight attendant with Comair and a resident of Union, KY. Stacey is survived by husband, John Karlosky of Union; 2 daughters, Samantha Nicole & Olivia Grace of Union; her parents, Paula and Bob Myerhoff of Florence and a brother Dale Myerhoff of Ft. Mitchell. Visitation will be Saturday at St. Henry Church, 9:30 am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Entombment will be in Forest Lawn Mausoleum.
