Sophia Mira Grace Hubbard

Sophia Mira Grace Hubbard, age 2 weeks, passed away suddenly on August 30, 2018. She was the beloved daughter of Jessica Gillan and Matthew Hubbard. Her grandfather, Terry Gillan, predeceased her. Sophia’s siblings Madison Gillan and Mason Hubbard, maternal grandparents Christina and Victor Garcia, paternal grandparents Lawrence and Keli Hubbard and maternal great grandmother Katherine Moffet also survive her.

Visitation will be 5-7pm Wednesday, September 5^th, 2018 at Linnemann Funeral Home, Burlington. The funeral service will follow at 7pm. Cremation will be by Linnemann Family Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
