Shirley Davis

Shirley M. Davis (nee: Whitton) passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. She was a retired registered nurse who worked for various doctors in the Greater Cincinnati area, including Doctors Trinkle and Morris. She also served as the night supervisor at the Marjorie P. Lee Nursing Home until her retirement. She leaves behind her husband of nearly 65 years, Howard Davis, of Covington, KY, and her sons, Gary Davis (Missy) of Villa Hills, KY and Kevin Davis (Donna) of Taylor Mill, KY. She also leaves behind four grandchildren: Ally Davis, Kyle Davis, Lori McDermott (Jamie), and Matthew Davis. Visitation will be held at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger, KY on Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. A service will follow at the funeral home at 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, OH. Memorial donations are suggested to the charity of one’s choice.
