Survivors include her mother, Birtha Couch; daughter, Halie Guelfi; son, Joseph Guelfi; brothers, Jim, Larry and Raleigh Couch and sister, Dawn Delaney, all of Burlington.

Visitation will be 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, Nov. 28, with services following at Linnemann Funeral Home, Burlington. Burial will be in Belleview Cemetery.
