Condolences

Scott A. Coulter, 59, of Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky, passed away unexpectedly on April 11, 2026.
Born on March 25, 1967, in Fairfield, California, Scott was the son of Kathy (née Combs) Coulter and the late Tony Coulter.

Scott is survived by his beloved daughter, Olivia (Chris) Coulter; his mother, Kathy; his stepfather, Ed Walters; his sister, Dawn (Jeff) Belvins; his step-brothers, Ken and Bryan Taylor; his stepmother, Corrine; his niece, Erin (Evan) Hill; his nephew, Bradley (Erica) Marshall; and his great-nephews, Lukas Marshall and Beckham Hill. He was also survived by aunts, uncles, and many beloved cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tony Coulter, his grandparents, Tony and Ruby Coulter, and John and Fayma Combs.

Scott was a steady and grounded presence in the lives of those who knew him—dependable, patient, and kind. He was highly intelligent with a natural ability to solve problems and guide others, making him a trusted mentor and teacher to many. He carried himself with quiet confidence and was deeply respected by those around him.

He had a lifelong love of music and was an avid fan of artists such as KISS, Journey, and Green Day. Scott enjoyed attending concerts, listening to music whenever he could, and even spent time playing in a rock band. He also enjoyed hiking and was a devoted fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Scott took great pride in his career as a Senior Facility Manager at Luxottica, where he dedicated over 27 years of service. His colleagues became like family to him. He also gave back through volunteer work, including traveling to Africa to assist with free eye clinics.
