Sandra Fultz

Sandy Jean Kline Fultz, 57, of Union, KY passed away Tuesday September 20, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Florence. Sandy worked at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in security and in the retail areas. She is survived by her husband Paul Fultz of Union, KY, a sister Sharon White of Otway, OH, and a brother Sanford “Buck” Kline of Portsmouth, OH. A visitation will be held Saturday September 24, 2011 10am until 12noon at Florence Baptist Temple. The service will immediately follow the visitation at 12noon at the church.
