Samuel Bowen

Samuel Bowen, Jr., 82, entered eternal life, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY, on Saturday, July 11, 2015. He was a supporter of Troop 890, a member of Hebron Lutheran Church, and love to fish and garden. Samuel was preceded by his parents wife, Blanche Bowen, parents Samuel Sr. and Pearl Bowen, siblings George Bowen, Dorothy Harding, Evelyn Abney and Karen Yarnell. He will be dearly missed by his children: Nancy Wendling (Timothy) of Union, KY, Samuel Bowen III (Tina) of Independence, KY, Scott Eugene Bowen (Brenda) of Walton, KY, Barbara Crowe (Michael) of Tampa, FL, and Charlene Jordan of Cincinnati, OH; 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, two more on the way and many family members and friends. First Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2015 from 4PM to 8PM at the Linnemann Event Center in Burlington, KY; Second visitation will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015 at Hebron Lutheran Church form 9AM to 11 AM with Funeral Service to follow at 11 AM and burial at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery.
