Ruth Stapleton

Ft. Thomas- Ruth Audrey Stapleton, 87, died May 11, at Carmel Manor, Ft. Thomas.

She worked in retail for Colonial Stores for over 25 years. She also was active in the Shriners and numerous camping clubs. Her husband, James Stapleton died previously. Survivors include a brother Clyde Nelson of Taylor Mill, nephews Wes Nelson of Union, Mark Nelson and Don Nelson of Taylor Mill, and Jeff Nelson of Dallas, Tx, and Rev. Wayne Nelson of Pikeville, N.C.; nieces Sue Feldman of Alexandria, and Patty Florence of Falmouth; sister-in laws, Virginia Stapleton of Elsmere, and Emma Miller of Pikeville, NC; friend Vince Wissel of Taylor Mill.

Visitation will be 9-11am Saturday, May 15, 2010 with service following at Linnemann Family Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, Erlanger. Entombment will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, Ky
