Ruby Stewart

Ruby Stewart, 85, of Cold Spring, formerly of Vevay, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, September 17th at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Mrs. Stewart was a longtime employee of Durkee Foods and recently celebrated her 65th wedding anniversary. She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Stewart. She is survived by her husband, Elbert Stewart of Cold Spring, her daughters Betty Scott of Cold Spring and Carol Spitzer of Florence. She is also survived by her grandsons, Nathan Scott and Jason Jenkins, and her great grandchildren, Casie Jenkins and Lauren Jenkins. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22nd at Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A service will follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Erlanger. Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association, 644 Linn St. #1026, Cincinnati, OH 45203.
