Rose Hook

Rose Mary Hook (nee Hunnefeld), 83, of Cincinnati, OH, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, in Edgewood. Rose worked as a nurse for St. Elizabeth from 1949 until her retirement in 1997. She served as the Vice-President of Nursing at St. Elizabeth, a member and President of the Health Care Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, volunteer nurse at the Covington Clinic for Pre-natal Care, member and President of the Board of Senior Services of Northern Kentucky, President of Ft. Mitchell Home Owners Association, and member of St. Joseph Church in Crescent Springs. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Hook (Pamela White) of Cincinnati, OH, also many who were embraced and brought into the family by Rose Carole Rechtin (deceased), Marty Koenig (Mark) of Athens, GA, Casey Roark of Independence, KY, sister Joan Arlinghaus of Loveland, OH, Chuck Rechtin (Heather), 10 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Saturday February 14, 2015 2pm until 4:30pm at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger, KY. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation and will begin at 4:30pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at St. Stephen Cemetery.
