Robert Scanlon

Robert Aloysius, Jr., 81, passed away May 11 , 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. He was a graduate of Catholic Central High School in Springfield, OH; the owner of Scanlon Marketing and a member of the Springfield, OH Knights of Columbus 627; a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a friend to many. He was preceded in death by his sister Joann. Bob will be dearly missed by his wife of 59 and a half years, Erma Louise (Ebeling) of Florence, KY; his children: Timothy Scanlon (Karen) of Union, KY; Kevin Scanlon (Nancy) of Independence, KY; Colleen Scanlon of Florence, KY; Keith Scanlon (Kim) of Crestview Hills, KY; Dennis Scanlon (Sue) of Fort Mitchell, KY; Kathleen Spada (Dale) of Florence, KY; Darron Scanlon (Debbie) of Walton, KY; and Terry Scanlon (Valerie) of Walton, KY; who passed away in 2003; 22 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 5876 Veterans Way Burlington, KY 41005, On Tuesday, May 15, 2012 from 5 PM to 7 PM with Funeral Mass at 7 PM.
