Robert Owen

EDGEWOOD- Robert L. Owen, 87, passed away peacefully February 25th 2015 at his residence in Edgewood. He retired after 21 years of service as an Indiana State Trooper and joined St Elizabeth Medical Center as Director of Security, retiring after 16 years. Bob was a member of the Masonic Fraternity- Lodge 677 Gary IN and Scottish Rite Freemasonary, South Bend. He is an Air Force WWII Veteran. Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years Elizabeth (Betty) Owen of Edgewood, son Kevin (Michelle) Owen of Edgewood, daughter Kristina (Billy) Owen Riddell of Ponder TX and sister Sally (Jim) Owen Gibson of Oviedo FL. Visitation will be held Thursday March 5th from 3pm to 6pm with funeral services to follow at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. Burial will be held Friday March 6th at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown KY.
