Robert Mersch

Robert John Mersch, 88, of Edgewood, KY, passed away on Tuesday April 22, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. Robert, a Navy WWII Veteran, retired as the supervising machinist for the Scallan Supply Co. in Cincinnati, where he worked for 40 years. He is survived by his daughters Melanie Cahill (James) and Cynthia Mersch. He is also survived by his brother Dr. William Mersch. His wife Carol A. Mersch preceded him in death in 2002. A visitation will be held on Sunday April 27, 2014 1pm until 2pm at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger, KY. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY. Memorial contributions can be sent to the St. Elizabeth Foundation 1 Medical Village Dr. Edgewood, KY 41017 or a charity of the donor’s choice.
