Tributes
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Jacob Rebitski, age 26, who died unexpectedly in an automobile accident near Columbus, OH, on February 25, 2025.
Born on August 12, 1998, in Cincinnati, OH, Robert was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him. A proud graduate of St. Henry High School (2016) and the University of Cincinnati (2021), where he studied business administration. He was also an Eagle Scout. Robert was ambitious, intelligent, and fiercely determined. He was the owner of Predictable Surgical Tech, which was founded by his father George Rebitski, where he poured his passion for precision and organization into his work.
Robert is survived by many that loved him including parents Rebecca and George Rebitski; triplet siblings Joanna and Paul Rebitski; fiancé Novalynne Beck; aunts and uncles Patricia (John) Massey, Steven Bogner, and Laura Bogner; cousins Sarah (Julian) Perler, Rachel (Alex) Gaboric, Lauren and Kelsey Bogner. He is surely being lovingly embraced by those who have passed before him, including grandparents Paul and Joan Bogner, Robert and Anna Rebitski, and treasured adopted Aunt Judith Carr.
Wherever Robert was, there was joy. His humor, kindness, and sharp wit made every moment brighter. He was snarky, clever, and had a comment for every situation—but always with love. His signature “Robert giggle” was unmistakable, and his practical mindset meant he was always the one logically packing for family trips.
A true sports lover, Robert was a devoted Tennessee football fan (he proudly wore his beloved orange), a passionate Xavier University basketball supporter, and an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds. His weekends were often spent joyfully watching sports with his own personal wall of tv’s in his apartment with his brother and friends. He also enjoyed spending time with his fiancé Novalynne in nature, crossing the country watching sports games with his brother Paul, talking on the phone for hours with his sister Joanna, helping his mother Rebecca with the heavy lifting around the house, and traveling for work with his father George. Robert’s warmth, humor, and spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. He was everything to his fiancé Novalynne and to the rest of his family.
