Robert J. Battle
Robert J. Battle, 87, formerly of Northern Kentucky, died Wednesday April 18, 2018 in Cincinnati, OH. He was a former manufacturing executive and an adjunct professor at Northern Kentucky University and Lynn University. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Elsie; son Michael (Ashley)of Cincinnati, OH; daughters Diana of Cincinnati, OH, Debbie of San Antonio, TX, Toni of Lexington, KY and nine grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Monday April 23, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Linnemann Funeral Home 30 Commonwealth Avenue, Erlanger, KY. 41018. Bob Battle
Elsie, and family, I have very fond and warm memories of Bob, and you too Elsie, I am sorry we have not seen you for some time. Bob was very helpful and important in my building a law practice and he gave me good opportunities, all of which eventually led to my serving as a Kentucky workers’ compensation Judge for a number of years. I remember and appreciate that. I thank him again. Cathy and I have you and your family in our thoughts. Dan and Cathy Wolff. (Yes, Cathy is still teaching at Beechwood, one more year!).
