Robert Davis

Bob Davis, 80, of Florence formerly of Shalimar, FL, passed away on Saturday, November 26th,
at St. Elizabeth Hospital Florence. Mr. Davis served as a Marine infantryman in the Korean War
and as an Air Force C-130 loadmaster during the first Gulf War. He retired from the Air Force in
1991. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Davis of Florence; his son, Jeff (Pam) Davis of Florence;
his daughter, Sheryl (Larry) Griggs of Stafford, VA; his grandchildren, Josh Davis, Jennifer Davis-
Mason, Eric Griggs, Aaron Griggs, Jillian Brosnan, and Channing Griggs. He also leaves behind
9 great-grandchildren. He is being cremated and the family will be having a service at a later
date in Florida. In Lieu of flowers, please make memorials to the American Cancer Society 2808
