Raymond Foster
Raymond L. “Ray” Foster, age 77, of Florence, Kentucky, died Friday, February 17, 2012, at Saint Elizabeth Healthcare, Florence. He was a cable splicer for Cincinnati Bell; an Army veteran; a member of the Communication Workers of America and Cincinnati Bell Retirees; a member of St. Henry Parish, and the Holy Name Society; and a former member of Elsmere City Council. His parents, Cunningham and Marie (McKenzie) Foster, and brother, Edward Foster, died previously. Survivors include his wife, Helen (Klasing) Foster; daughters, Marian Foster of Louisville, and Susan Taylor of Florence; son, David Foster of Pretoria, S. Africa; brother, Charles (Pete) Foster of Erlanger; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, at the Linnemann Family Funeral Home, Erlanger. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 23, at St. Henry Church, Elsmere. Burial St. Mary Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
