Polley Chajkowski

Polley Chajkowski, 71, of Erlanger, passed away on Sunday March 29th, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. She was an active member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Florence and she worked at Equitable bag for a number of years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Betty Harris; her husband, John Chajkowski Sr.; and many brothers and sisters. Polley is survived by her son, John Michael (Karrie) Chajkowski Jr. of Erlanger and a loving companion, Bob Barth of Florence, KY. She also leaves behind her loving nieces and nephews, especially Peter Chajkowski of New Jersey; and many loving friends. Visitation will be on Thursday April 2nd, 2015 from 9:00AM-11:00AM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. A service will follow the visitation on Thursday April 2nd, 2015 at 11AM at the funeral home. Mausoleum entombment at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger.
