Penny Smith

Penny Smith, 59, of Union passed away on Saturday, January 1st at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Mrs. Smith was a secretary and a member of Christ’s Chapel in Erlanger. She is survived by her husband, Mike Smith of Union, her daughters, Kim Ogelsby (Gene) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, and Carrie Hensley of Burlington, KY, her sons, Michael Smith Jr. of Pensacola, FL and Steve Smith (Julie) of Allen, TX, her sisters, Pam White (Rick) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, and Tina Kindy (Larry) of Las Vegas, NV, and 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 6th from 9-11 AM at the Christ’s Chapel, 3819 Turfway Rd., Erlanger, with a service to follow at 11:00 AM at the church. Burial will follow immediately at the Kentucky Veterans’ Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY. Memorials are suggested to the Christ’s Chapel, 3819 Turfway Rd, Erlanger, KY 41018.
