Patrick Murphey

EDGEWOOD- Patrick J. Murphey, 55, passed away Friday January 23rd at his residence in Edgewood, KY. He was an Operations Manager with BDP International and a Cleveland Browns fan. He was active with the YMCA RC Durr location in Burlington, creating an annual swimming fundraiser. He also enjoyed golfing, basketball, volleyball and hiking with his dogs. He was preceded in death by his father Harvey Murphey, parents- in-law Linda and Jim Hacker and brother-in-law Jon Hacker. Survivors include his wife Lisa Hacker of Edgewood, mother Audrey Murphey, brother Larry (Cathy) Murphey, sister Lisa (Ted) Polanski, brother Mark (Kristen) Murphey, in-laws Nancy (Steve) Wood, Jennifer (Marty) Warden, James (Nancy) Hacker III, Tim (Yvonne) Hacker, Matthew (Nora) Hacker, Rebecka (Stephen) Knapp, Benjamin (Hannah) Hacker and Autumn (Kenny) Brown. Dearest uncle to 21 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 28th from 5pm to 9pm at Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 29th at 11am at First Church of Christ in Burlington. Burial will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Pleasant Hill, OR.
