Pat Fleckenstein

Patricia “Pat” Fleckenstein (nee Clenney), age 71, of Crestview Hills, KY, passed away Wednesday, March 26th at St Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. She worked as a Registered Medical Assistant with Patient’s First in Union KY. She was preceded in death by her husband Les Fleckenstein in 2012. Survivors include her sons, Scott Fleckenstein of Burlington and Brian Fleckenstein of Crestview Hills; brothers, Jerry Clenney of Covington, Ty Clenney of Scottsville KY, and Chris Clenney of Covington. Also surviving are 1 granddaughter and 1 grandson. Visitation will be held Monday March 31st from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with services to follow at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger.
