Olin Cook

Olin D. Cook, 75, of Erlanger, passed away Tuesday, November 30th at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Mr. Cook was a longtime insurance salesman for Ohio Casualty and an Air Force Veteran. He was an avid country music singer, guitar player and composer. He was truly dedicated to his family.
Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his daughter, Debra Jean Cook in 1959. He is survived by his daughters: Diana Cook of San Diego, CA, and Penny Cook Earls (Jason) of Erlanger, KY. He is also survived by his sons: David Cook (Barb) of Temecula, CA, Robert Cook (Courtney) of Pensacola, FL, Patrick Cook (Anita) of San Diego, CA, Michael Cook (Michele) of San Diego, CA, Sean Cook (Sharlene) of San Diego, CA, and Casey Cook of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by his sisters: Dorothy Fortenberry (Norman) of Bakersfield, CA, and Susan Cavalinni also of California. He also is survived by 10 Grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Mr. Cook’s ashes will be interred at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY on Friday, December 10th at 1:00 PM.
