Neil J. Breaks

Neil J. Breaks aka Krazy Kat Daddy, 49, of Covington, KY, formerly of Bristol, UK, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Covington. Neil was a disk jockey for Rockabilly Radio and he was fortunate enough to live in three different countries and travel the world. He also DJ’d for Viva Las Vegas, Jalopy Fest in Illinois, Nashville Boogie, and was a resident DJ at Viva East in Massachusetts. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Breaks; his sister, Dawn Breaks; his grandparents; and his mother-in-law, Margaret Volterman. Survivors include his wife of 7 years, Rebecca Volterman-Breaks of Covington, KY; his mother, Margaret (Peter) Weeks of Devon, UK; his children, Billy Jack Breaks, Dawn Breaks, and Ian Breaks, all of Eindhoven, Netherlands; and his brother, Greg (Jill) Breaks of Chipping Sodbury, UK. Neil also leaves behind his father-in-law, Michael Volterman; his sister-in-law’s, Amanda (Michael) Volterman-Harris and Stacey Volterman; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be on Thursday, January 10, 2018 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger, KY.
