Condolences

Mildred M. Bork “Millie” (nee Marshall), 88, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022, at Emerald Trace Nursing Home in Elsmere, KY. Millie was a Professor Emeritus at Northern Kentucky University after 25 years of teaching in the nursing field. She was a former board member of the Northern Kentucky Mental Health Association and New Perceptions. Former member of the honorary nursing society Sigma Theta Tau, member of St Timothy Young in Spirit Seniors, St. Tim and IHM Senior Citizens, The Kentucky Nurses Association and volunteered at the Northern Kentucky Airport Interfaith Chapel. Preceded in death by her husband Robert Bork in 2020. Survivors include her children Ellen (Bill) Torbeck, Bill Clark, Craig (Lisa) Clark, and Brian (Jody) Clark. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022, from 9am to 10:30am at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Burlington, KY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish in Burlington, KY. Burial will be at Burlington Cemetery in Burlington, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to New Perceptions 1 Sperti Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017. Online condolences can be made at www.linnemannfuneralhomes.com
