Micky Specht-Casper
Micky Specht-Casper, 37 of Burlington, KY passed away Friday, February 21, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Facility in Edgewood, KY. She was born on February 4, 1983 in Boksburg, South Africa. Micky is survived by her loving husband: William Specht-Casper, her dear parents: Mike and Rene Hirsch, her beloved children: Cyrus Hoffman, Sala Hoffman, and Zenas Hoffman, mother and father-in-law: Tammy and Stephen Casper, her sisters: Catherine (Wei Shan) Specht, and Natalie (Bonev) Specht, her nieces and nephews: Micah Shan, Gunner Lawson, Nina-Marie Bonev, and Archie Lawson, her sister-in-law: Danielle (Eric) Lawson, and her brother-in-law: Phillip Casper. A Celebration of Micky’s life will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 5pm until 8pm at Linnemann Funeral Home, 1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at 1500 Rosecrans Avenue, Suite 200, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. In lieu of flowers, please bring a stuffed animal unicorn to be donated to Children’s Hospital in memory of Micky.

My Sincere Condolences
My condolences to the friends and family of Micky. I had come to know here when she lived in Fort Drum, New York. My family was blessed to know her and we had many wonderful times together. She was a sweet and gentle soul, with an infectious laugh and beautiful personality. She left her mark here and many of us will look back fondly on her memory with laughter and love. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and the many friends she made.
