Mary Middleton

Mary Ann Janke Middleton, 83, of Ft. Mitchell, died Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at her home. She was a graduate of St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota; she was a teacher in the Cincinnati Public School system at McMillan Center, an alternative school; a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church; she was involved in charitable organizations throughout Greater Cincinnati too numerous to mention.
Her brother, John Janke, of Wausau, Wisconsin, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Clyde Middleton; daughter, Ann (Jack) Schmidt of Orlando, Florida; sons, David (Laverne) Middleton of Lexington, Richard (Carol) Middleton of Independence, John (Janet) Middleton of Edgewood; and 8 grandchildren: Dustin and Bridget Schmidt, Alex and Rachael Middleton, Kelsey and Kyle Middleton, and Joey and Will Middleton. Visitation 3-7 p.m. on Monday, November 28, with the service following at 7 p.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 2718 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, Ky. A reception will follow the service at the Church fellowship hall. Entombment at Highland Cemetery Mausoleum, Ft. Mitchell, Ky.
