Mary Ehlman

Mary Ellen Ehlman, 91, of Erlanger, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Mrs. Ehlman was a WWII Veteran who served in the Pentagon during the war. She also was a member of St. Barbara Church in Erlanger, a member of the charismatic prayer group at St. Pius X Church, a supporter of the United Christian Volunteers, a former employee of Sears, and the consummate couponer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Ehlman in 1973. She is survived by her children: Patricia Dyer of Erlanger, KY, Mary Ann Ehlman of Erlanger, KY, Richard Ehlman (Rita) of Independence, KY, Sharon Minguela of Richmond, KY, Gerald Ehlman of Woodland, CA, Theresa Lonas (Craig) of Whitehall, OH, Thomas Ehlman (Tammy) of Cold Spring, KY, Stephen Ehlman (Jennifer) of Ft. Wright, KY, Rita Ehlman of Erlanger, KY, 23 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be held at St. Barbara Church on Saturday, March 17th from 9:00-10:00 AM. Mass of Christian burial will follow at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to: United Christian Volunteers, 15 Kenton Avenue, Elsmere, KY 41018 or St. Barbara Building Fund, 4042 Turkeyfoot Road, Erlanger, KY 41018.
