Mary Cunningham

Mary Louise Cunningham, 86, of Villa Hills, KY, passed away, at her residence, on Friday, February 14, 2014. Mary was a member of St. Joseph Church in Crescent Springs. During her life, Mary volunteered on the Crescent Springs Life Squad for 20 years, volunteered for 34 years at St. Elizabeth Hospital Out Patient Surgery, and worked for a period of time at St. Walburg Monastery. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and working in her yard. Mary is survived by her children: daughter Sandi Cunningham (Helen) of Florence, KY, son Mike Cunningham of Upper Marlboro, MD, son Greg Cunningham of Columbus, OH, and Ron Cunningham (Mary Ann) of Independence, KY, 3 grandsons Alex, Connor, and Sam Cunningham, siblings Dorothy Meisenhelder of Cincinnati, OH, Virginia Van Hagen of Villa Hills, KY, and Donald Leopold of Ft. Thomas, KY. She is also survived by many friends, nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Le Roux “Bud” Cunningham, a sister Henrietta Kolde, and a brother Charles Leopold. A visitation will be held on Monday February 17, 2014 4pm until 8pm at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger, KY. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday February 18, 2014 10am at St. Joseph Church in Crescent Springs, KY. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery Ft. Mitchell, KY.
