Mark D. Barnes
Mark D. Barnes, 58, entered eternal life on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at his residence in Erlanger, KY. He was a veteran of the USAF, retired from the USPS, enjoyed riding his Harley and loved his grandchildren above all. His father Omer G. Barnes preceded Mark in passing. Mark will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 34 years, Sandy (nee: Strong) Barnes; sons: Joshua (Lauren) Barnes and Jacob (Lauren) Barnes; his mother Dolly Barnes; grandchildren: Deon, Angel, Lincoln, and Lyla; brother Mike (Peggy) Barnes and sister Michele (Jim) Leach as well as many family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Linnemann Family Funeral Home in Erlanger, KY with Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, KY. Memorial contributions to: Cincinnati Children’s Medical P.O. I am so very sorry for your loss. I have so many childhood memories of Mark growing up in Maywood Subdivision. He was such a wonderful guy and will be missed by so many. He will never be forgotten. Thoughts and prayers being sent.
