Lute Colwell
Lute Colwell, age 71 of Corinth, passed away May 26, 2021. Lute served his country in the United States Army in Vietnam. After his service he worked for the United States Postal Service. In retirement, he stayed busy as a home inspector.
Lute is survived by his children: Jeremy (Jennifer) Colwell, Jonathan (Britni) Colwell, Justin Colwell, Chloe Colwell, grandchildren: MacKenzie, Chase, Aiden, Cruz, Olivia, Maddox, siblings: Tammy Johnson, Lillian Stapleton, Alvie Colwell, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Martha Ollier and Jeffrey Colwell and brother Jimmy Colwell.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2021 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger, with services to immediately follow at 12:00 pm. Interment will be held at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown, KY, at 2:00 pm. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Lung Association.
