Lloyd “Tom” Thomas Zepf, 71, of Burlington, KY, passed away suddenly on August 1, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence. Tom worked as a Senior Troubleman for Duke Energy for 35 years. He served in the US Navy, he was a member of IBEW 1347, and he enjoyed golfing, traveling, and going to the casino, but most of all, enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids. He was preceded in death by his mother, Grace Zepf, and his parent-in-laws, Dolores and William Dieters. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Pam Zepf; his father, Lloyd Zepf; his children, Holly (Robert) Julian, and Brian (Amy) Zepf; and his brothers, Daniel and Ronald Zepf. He also leaves behind his 6 grandchildren, Spencer and Whitney Julian, Gracie and Ella Zepf, and Luke and Elly Smith; and his beloved dog, Sparkie. Visitation will be on Saturday, August 5, 2017 from 10:00AM-12:00PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes Burlington 1940 Burlington Pk. Burlington, KY 41005. Your hearts must be broken. I am so sorry about your Dad’s, Father-in-law and Grandfather ‘s passing. He was a wonderful person. I remember him from carpooling to Renbrook. Though I did not see him often, he was always so warm and welcoming. I hope that wonderful memories will help ease the pain.
