Lita Stiene

Lita Francis Stiene, of Crestview Hills, KY passed away on Sept. 11, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Edgewood at the age of 84. Mrs. Stiene was a homemaker, bowler extraordinaire, member of the Erlanger Lions Club, first women president of the athletic boosters for Lloyd High School, and a great mother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Stiene, and son Rick Stiene. Mrs. Stiene is survived by her daughter, Lori (Kinney) Poynter of Lexington, KY, sons, Doug (Stephanie) Stiene of Florence, KY and Mike (Debby) Stiene of Erlanger, KY, daughter-in-law Mary Jo Stiene of Richwood, KY, sisters, Mary Block of Orlando, FL, and Alma Hough of Cincinnati, OH, brother, David Hall of Orlando, FL, brother-in-law, Paul Stiene of Erlanger, KY and niece, Carolyn Lang of Park Hills, KY. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday Sept. 14th from 5pm to 8pm at Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday Sept. 15th at 10am at St. Henry Church. Burial will be at Mother of God Cemetery, Covington. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice.
