Lawrence “Larry” Trenkamp

Lawrence “Larry” A. Trenkamp, Jr. 64, was born into eternal life on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. He was a Civil Engineer with the Kentucky Department of Transportation, enthusiastic Harley Davidson owner, an avid scuba diver and instructor, as well as a passionate animal lover and outdoorsman. Lawrence was preceded by his parents Lawrence A. Trenkamp, Sr. and Ruth Trenkamp. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 42 years Candice Trenkamp of Crestview Hills, KY; their children Jennifer Isaac of Tampa, FL, Brad Trenkamp of Washington D.C, Katie Trenkamp Leffel and her husband David of Winter Park, FL; siblings Kathy Kreyling and her husband David of Ft. Wright, KY and Douglas Trenkamp and his wife Elizabeth of Crescent Springs, KY; as well as grandson Paxton Isaac. Memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at St. Pius X Catholic Church from 12 PM to 1:30 PM with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 1:30 PM and entombment at Mother of God Cemetery in Latonia, KY.
